Shipping Policy
All artwork is shipped within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the size, destination, and preparation time. If you need your piece by a specific date, feel free to contact me at [fifi@fifiartstudio.com], and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

I typically ship via UPS Ground or USPS, and all domestic orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your artwork has been shipped.

Yes, international shipping is available! Please note:

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees.

International orders may take longer and are not automatically insured. Contact me in advance if you’d like insurance or a custom shipping quote.

All artwork is carefully packaged according to industry standards to ensure it arrives safely and securely.

Return Policy
All sales are final. This includes original paintings, commissions, and original works on paper. If you have any questions before purchasing, I encourage you to reach out.

I’m not responsible for damage or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. I package every order with great care, but once it’s shipped, the carrier is responsible for its handling. If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping provider.

If your package shows as “delivered” but has not arrived, please contact the shipping service immediately, as they were the last to have possession of your order.
