Shipping & Returns Policy – Fifi Art Studio
Purchases made through third-party platforms or galleries are subject to their respective shipping, return, and exchange policies. Please consult those policies directly, as Fifi Art Studio’s policies apply only to purchases made through this website.
Shipping Policy
All artwork is prepared and shipped within approximately 3–7 business days (processing time), depending on size, destination, and packaging requirements.
If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact Fifi Art Studio at fifi@fifiartstudio.com prior to purchase to confirm availability.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS, unless otherwise arranged. All domestic shipments include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
International shipping is available.
Please note:
- Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and related fees.
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- International shipments are not automatically insured unless insurance is requested and confirmed prior to shipment.
- Additional insurance or custom shipping quotes are available upon request.
All artwork is professionally packaged according to industry standards to ensure safe transit.
Return & Refund Policy
1. All Sales Final
All original artwork, including paintings, works on paper, and commissioned pieces, are final sale.
Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original art, refunds or returns are not accepted for change of mind, preference, size perception, color variation due to screen differences, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review all images, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
2. Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, you must:
- Notify Fifi Art Studio within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of:
- The artwork
- All packaging materials
- The shipping box (including labels)
- Retain all original packaging for inspection
Failure to provide documentation within 48 hours may void eligibility for a damage claim.
Fifi Art Studio will file and manage the shipping insurance claim directly with the carrier. Refunds or replacements (if applicable) will only be issued after the carrier claim has been approved.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered,” the buyer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier immediately.
Fifi Art Studio is not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or unattended packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Signature confirmation may be required for high-value artwork.
4. Approved Refunds
If, at the sole discretion of Fifi Art Studio, a refund is approved:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Payment processing fees (including Stripe/WooPayments fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing
Artwork must be returned in original condition before any refund is processed.
Refunds are issued only after the artwork has been received and inspected.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Fifi Art Studio to resolve the issue may result in denial of future purchases.
All documentation, tracking, and signed delivery confirmation will be provided to the payment processor in response to any dispute.
6. International Orders
Buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any related fees.
International shipments are not automatically insured unless arranged in advance.
